How the first two weeks look
Day 1-2 — Discovery call
60-90 minute call to understand the actual problem, existing stack, business context, and what “done” looks like. No pitch decks. If we’re not a fit I say so directly.
Day 3-5 — Written scope
You get a written scope document with deliverables, timeline, fixed price (or hourly estimate), and any assumptions. If anything is uncertain I flag it before the number.
Day 6-14 — First deliverable
Ship the first review-ready milestone within two weeks. Staging URL, code walkthrough, revision window. Continuous review, not a big-bang delivery at the end.
